Very poor. Think twice. Food was excellent unfortunately the service was abysmal bordering embarrassing for a ‘wine event’. Example took 30 minutes and 5 asks to staff for the ‘welcome’ drink and had eaten before the drink even came - it was wine which requires to be poured. The wine we were pushed to pre-order didn’t arrive and we had to ask 3 times. This was about 40 minutes after arriving we finally had it. No pouring just ‘here is your bottle’. No interaction from hosts and seemed to be focused on the same people instead of welcoming all. The venue was crazy hot, no AC or fans anywhere near our table. Made for a very uncomfortable evening - all 4 of us left early. Wine was drank fast so we could leave earlier so would give that a 7/10 rating. Won’t attend another event and will be sharing with wide Expat community to beware and think twice before considering an event like this.

Serendipity: Portuguese Wines A good selection of wines and good job of hosting an event amidst so many rules and regulations The booklet printed with info was very good and useful Few things could have been better and improved upon such as glasses, charcuterie refill (charge but do not say no), audibility The wines were good, we bought 8 bottles, I never knew about Portuguese wines so it was interesting

Insightful Wine-Tasting Experience & Great Food! Gustavo the founder was very knowledgeable and open to sharing his tips to us newbies to wine tasting, and Kiana the customer relations officer was very friendly and approachable, as well as helpful in suggesting packages for us to celebrate our year end get-together (: The food from 8picure also matched very well with the range of wines, and it was overall a very enjoyable and pleasant experience!
