Laithwaite's has spoiled me I have begun ordering the fine wine offerings, my budget kind of wishes I hadn't done that. I was fine with my usual $160 cases until I had a $250 case.now I find myself leaning toward the better cases. I wouldn't have thought they would be worth it. And then I ordered one.Now I am wanting all the wine I drink to be this good. Oh well, at least all the wine I am drinking is really good...

I really enjoy the deals they have I really enjoy the deals they have. Most of the wines in the deals i have never experienced and this gives me an opportunity to try them out. Always find several gems in each shipment. The bonus is that i can send wine to my relatives.

1st rate ALWAYS 1st rate -- great wine selections and they are always very very good. Also good communication and quick delivery. No reason to leave home to get the best wine.

Successful Birthday Gift I purchased a 1/2 case for a friend’s birthday. Interesting wines that could be to my friend’s liking, different from mine. It arrived in time and made my friend very happy.

The rep that I spoke to when I called… The rep that I spoke to when I called just didn’t get it. I felt like I was speaking to somebody who was reading off of the card. I was not going to be home on the first day of FedEx delivery so I asked if the FedEx delivery could start a day later and their response was oh they try three times to deliver. I was away and knew that no one would be there and told her that it would be a wasted trip for FedEx that it didn’t make sense for them to go out and try, she did not grasp that. I also received the wine with a letter stating that not everything was in stock that was supposed to be in the case, why wasn’t that told to me when I placed the order in the first place? It was a matter of days and could have already been known about distributor in my state.
