The rep that I spoke to when I called… The rep that I spoke to when I called just didn’t get it. I felt like I was speaking to somebody who was reading off of the card. I was not going to be home on the first day of FedEx delivery so I asked if the FedEx delivery could start a day later and their response was oh they try three times to deliver. I was away and knew that no one would be there and told her that it would be a wasted trip for FedEx that it didn’t make sense for them to go out and try, she did not grasp that. I also received the wine with a letter stating that not everything was in stock that was supposed to be in the case, why wasn’t that told to me when I placed the order in the first place? It was a matter of days and could have already been known about distributor in my state.

Love these wines! We have been getting wine thru Laithwaites for a few years now and have never had an issue with them. Communication has been great when we have had questions. The variety of wines we get have been great and the speed with which our special orders come has been amazing. We highly recommend them if anyone wants to get started in trying new and varied wines!

Good source for quality wine Good source for quality wine. Customer servicve seems easy to deal with. We had one wine we did't care for so they refunded what we paid, both bottles. It was credited to our bank in just a few days. Shipments are packed very good have not had any breakage or spillage. we find that we order 4-5 times per year.
