Love these wines! We have been getting wine thru Laithwaites for a few years now and have never had an issue with them. Communication has been great when we have had questions. The variety of wines we get have been great and the speed with which our special orders come has been amazing. We highly recommend them if anyone wants to get started in trying new and varied wines!

I enjoy their wines and the guarantee… I enjoy their wines and the guarantee is welcome although I haven’t used it. Service is quick and reliable and they have many special offers but there’s never any pressure to purchase. We share the wines with friends often and there always well received.

Thoughts from an average wine drinker. I enjoy trying different wines from around the world. I am not a wine conosouier by any stretch of the imagination. But I have found the wines to be most enjoyable. And the price is very reasonable. Definitely worth trying a case. Highly recommend.

Avoid doing business with this company !!! Avoid doing business with this company, i went into the club trial, paid the first order, and then as soon as I saw the second order being charged to my credit card I called to cancel the order and the Club, Lewthwaite's wines Customer service rep acknowledged the cancellation and refunded me the money. Apparently, they did not stop the order from arriving at my home and the wine arrived and I kept it usually with any serious company if that happens goods are you to keep, that is universal in online orders, well these people started billing me for months and month threatening me to send me to a collection company, i never see a company that sells goods doing this. I called 3 times to try to explain everything and nothing, bills continued coming, the result is that i paid $197 dollars for a low-quality overpriced wine for an order I did not want. This company follows unacceptable practices. I will never, never in my life buy wine here and I will try to make everybody in every online forum possible how terrible is this company. AVOID !!!

Good source for quality wine Good source for quality wine. Customer servicve seems easy to deal with. We had one wine we did't care for so they refunded what we paid, both bottles. It was credited to our bank in just a few days. Shipments are packed very good have not had any breakage or spillage. we find that we order 4-5 times per year.
