As I rate the wines that I receive, the next delivery is selected based on my tastes. The company will refund you for a bottle that you don't like but because everyone likes different things, I pass it onto a friend or neighbor that I know will enjoy it.

GBI am loving it so far They make wonderful suggestions based on the information you put in your initial sign up. The cards that explain each bottle helps you learn how to recognize the flavor profiles better.

GBHad my first order from FirstLeaf and… Had my first order from FirstLeaf and they sent me only 5 of 6 bottles. I reached out and they credited my account but didn't offer to replace the bottle or credit my actual card. I get it this is their policy but this was my first order and gives me no faith in their ability to actually manage future orders.

GBI received a gift to purchase wine at a… I received a gift to purchase wine at a discount. I made the purchase and began tracking my order. It showed that twice the order was damaged in transit. I called and talked to someone name Mark and Mark says they would refund me. I didn't ask for a refund. I still wanted my wine. When I told Mark I would be leaving a review, he said they would send the wine. Not even 2 hours after talking to Mark, I received an email saying my wine was delivered. That is not true at all. I have not received anything from them. Next time, I'll get my wine from somewhere else.
