GBService Is Horrible We ordered a six bottles of wine on a special offer. Weeks went by and I called. Operator somewhere in America checked and said wine would arrive on next week on Tuesday. By that Friday with still no wine, I called again and got their operator in the Phillipines who checked and finally said wine will arrive on Thursday next week. Had a five minute wait with the worst on hold music I have ever heard and when got operator she put me on hold for more minutes of that awful music! When she finally came back on she said the wine was coming. I sure hope so! Service is crap, telephone contact was bad, and I told the lady in the Phillippines the only contact I wanted was the wine ordered and no further contact from the company. Strongly suggest buyers look exsewhere if seeking wine.

GBI am Sold I received my second shipment and again we were pleased with our selection. The quality in our selection were spot on. Thanks to the staff...theys able to interpret our parlett/wine profile to come up with a selection that is unbelievably accurate. The quality of the wines are at a very high standard. Can't wait for my third shipment!

GBWe really liked several of the wines in… We really liked several of the wines in our first shipment. We need to cancel our membership because our gastroenterologist has asked us not to drink any more because of the stomach problems that we both have because it can cause cancer.
