I find the search filters extremely helpful- in particular the combination of ‘critics reviews’ and ‘price’. In addition the service is excellent. I have bought at least 20 times for delivery to NY and Idaho including ‘en primeur’ that get delivered a year or more after ordering. Win.com are 100% reliable- they have informed me if there is a possible problem with damaged labels or leaking corks. In short, i know i am in safe hands. Why buy from anyone else?

Happy Customer Since 2019 Wine.com is very good at what they do. I've been a regular customer since 2019. I've placed lots of orders and rarely had an issue. When I did their customer service team was great. In one case they sent me the wrong bottle, credited my account and let me keep the mistake at no charge. Their selection is very good and their prices are fair. The discounts are nice and the Stewardship program which includes free shipping is a bargain.

Ordered a gift card that never arrived Ordered a gift card that never arrived. They then said they "emailed" it even though the original order stated an adult signature was required by Fedex.. Email never arrived two weeks later.. I asked for a refund and they said there were no refunds on gift cards.. I explained I never received the gift card so I was only asking for a refund for something I never received. Despite repeated back and forth, they expressed their final position that I would never get a refund. BTW, they could not prove they ever emailed it. 100 dollar rip off

Very mixed quality of wines in recent… Very mixed quality of wines in recent orders. In particular the Silver Oak Cabernets have been barely drinkable - a few bottles went right down the drain.

Great wine selection. The staff is always attentive and courteous when presented with an issue. It has been my experience over the years that any issue was positively resolved. The selection of wine is extensive and quality oriented. The prices are reasonable and the ordering is very easy.
