Ordered a gift card that never arrived Ordered a gift card that never arrived. They then said they "emailed" it even though the original order stated an adult signature was required by Fedex.. Email never arrived two weeks later.. I asked for a refund and they said there were no refunds on gift cards.. I explained I never received the gift card so I was only asking for a refund for something I never received. Despite repeated back and forth, they expressed their final position that I would never get a refund. BTW, they could not prove they ever emailed it. 100 dollar rip off

Was excited to get champagne but never came says it’s on truck for a week Wow wish I had read the review before ordering my wine that I don’t think I will ever see. What I don’t understand is why FedEx can deliver anything else but seems to have such an issue with delivering this wine? I honestly think it’s some crooked way to get people to pay extra for that shipping membership. Total Crap.

I was selecting wine as a gift to a very particular wine lover. I was selecting wine as a gift to a friend who has serious taste in wine. He likes particular Italian wines. Not being a wine connoisseur, I was able to select the region and find many choices from which I selected several bottles in my price range and felt comfortable with my purchase since the wine was so clearly identified by taste, etc. I will find out if I made a good choice at some future time.

Shipping issue The program kept rejecting shipping dates. I got it worked out, but only after Chatting with customer service, which wasn't available at the time (late in the evening) I first tried to place the order.
