In summary, Jim takes a genuine interest in his customers and does everything he can to provide them an exceptional experience. He called me promptly on the morning after I submitted my online order. He wanted to make sure that the “nice bottle of wine” I purchased would be received safely. Additionally, he took the time to learn about my wine preferences. first class handling and customer service of first growth wine ordered a 88 latour last week for a first growth wine tasting on friday in Fort Lauderdale. amongst a lineup of 88 HB, 86 Margaux, 96 Mouton, 98 Margaux and 01 HB, the Latour was a clear winner. the folks at finewinecollector pristinely shipped the bottle directly to my hotel via 2 day fedex... the wine was simply stunning. had spoken to edward a couple times on the phone to ensure the bottle would be delivered properly and he took care of everything. would do business again with them in a heartbeat.
