The worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.

I have never had a bad bottle from them and Edward stands behind everything he sells. I would recommend Fine Wine Collector to anybody interested in the best wines from around the world.

Fabulous wine quality and service! Althoigh it's a little difficult to find the first time, you'll have no trouble going back for more. I love the weekly updates on new wines available!
