Real professionals The staff in this store seemed to me quite professional, because I'm fond drinking wine and I prefer various exotic combinations of tastes. Thus, it's quite hard for me to find the wine which will suit my preferences and I got used to dedicate lots of time to the search. Once I spent the whole day in search of the good store. However, after I visited this store, I understood that I would be a real regular here. Managers helped me a lot to choose the wine which I needed, they listened to me carefully in order to help me. They saw that I was exhausted and I'm grateful for them.

A great source of hard to fine wines at realistic prices backed by excellent advice. I look forward to Fine Wine Collector's weekly emails showing me what is new in their inventory and have used them to build out my collection from California and France. The worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.
