In summary, Jim takes a genuine interest in his customers and does everything he can to provide them an exceptional experience. He called me promptly on the morning after I submitted my online order. He wanted to make sure that the “nice bottle of wine” I purchased would be received safely. Additionally, he took the time to learn about my wine preferences. Excellent service - First Purchase Excellent service. Prompt and personal response from Jim. Highly recommend and I will order again. Everything in my first order went well except I would recommend not to use UPS shipping. UPS left the fine wines at front door without asking signature.

The best. There's no more to say... I first 'met' Edward looking for the best price for my favorite wine (Merus - read: Mark Herold). To my surprise, I found not only a fount of wines, but also of knowledge about them. And 'a quite pleasant chap with whom to mull it over'. Over more than a decade (how time flies when you're having fun), we've become more than sales staff and customer. Often, we chat more than sell and buy wines.
