GBFine Wine Service I didn’t think an online store could match the personal service I enjoy at my local, independent wine shops. However, Jim at Fine Wine Collector proved me wrong. In summary, Jim takes a genuine interest in his customers and does everything he can to provide them an exceptional experience. He called me promptly on the morning after I submitted my online order. He wanted to make sure that the “nice bottle of wine” I purchased would be received safely. Additionally, he took the time to learn about my wine preferences. During our conversation he offered to forward a preview list of a collection he had just acquired. It was right up my alley and it took all the will power I had not to empty my wallet. I used to drop in to pick up few bottles and now that they are located in Southern California, I do not have luxury to do so. Would directly call Jim and ask for recommendation and does not disappoint. Prompt response and outstanding service beginning to the end. Highly recommend to others!

GBI was looking for a specific vintage… I was looking for a specific vintage and was arriving to San Diego that same morning. I was able to order online and pick up seamlessly the same day from the warehouse and gift my friend for his 40th birthday! The gift that keeps on giving (or aging!) GBExcellent service - First Purchase Excellent service. Prompt and personal response from Jim. Highly recommend and I will order again. Everything in my first order went well except I would recommend not to use UPS shipping. UPS left the fine wines at front door without asking signature.

GBEverything was great except shipping Company was great, communication excellent, they even followed up to see that I got the wine. Unfortunately, FedEx ground made receipt a huge hassle. I received multiple delivery notifications, and then the package wasn't delivered on that day. I put a pick-up hold on the package, and it wasn't available for pick-up when they said it would be. The only way I would order from this company again is if they switched delivery to UPS (or something more reliable than FedEx).
