GBEverything was great except shipping Company was great, communication excellent, they even followed up to see that I got the wine. Unfortunately, FedEx ground made receipt a huge hassle. I received multiple delivery notifications, and then the package wasn't delivered on that day. I put a pick-up hold on the package, and it wasn't available for pick-up when they said it would be. The only way I would order from this company again is if they switched delivery to UPS (or something more reliable than FedEx).

Provenance is very important and Fine Wine Collector has a good record. I was very impressed with the knowledge about the wines during my phone conversation and the willingness to delay the shipment until an appropriate weather window. I look forward enjoying the wine when it arrives.

BRThe worst possible. The worst possible. Payment was done, but the seller refused to ship because the billing address was my hotel. I was unfairly accused of fraud. The seller tells I need to contact the credit card to get the payment cancelled and my credit card tells the store needs to cancel and refund. Still trying to get refund.
