Kent is very knowledgeable about the wine selections especially the Italian reds...each time we speak, I learn something new abput the history of the winery, the grapes, etc. it's like I'm taking a guided trip through Italy without leaving NC.

GBYou charge my credit card weeks before… You charge my credit card weeks before I get wine I order. Charge me when it comes in or I pick it up. If not, it’s ok I won’t order any more. I’m tired of waiting weeks or getting partial orders and waiting for a credit to my card.

GBThe port fell short… At $25 a person, this wasn’t quite worth it. The chocolate was delicious but the port fell a little short. The rep wasn’t knowledgeable about the products at all. The format was clunky - we had tickets and there weren’t enough seats for us. I did enjoy the port, but as we didn’t get much insight into the product, I’m not inclined to buy much. I am more than happy to purchase, in quantity, when I’ve been educated, informed and entertained. That equation is much more challenging for the store when I’ve been whacked $25 for 4 small pours and a couple of pieces of chocolate. We will come again but work on the execution otherwise I’ll spend my wine dollars other places.
