Watching the expected temperature during shipping to insure the best product upon delivery impressed me. The wine selection arrived as ordered. I have only enjoyed two bottles so far, they have been excellent. I will surely recommend your product and look forward to future purchases.

The customer service used to be better… I've been a member for about 1.5 years now. The customer service used to be better (warmer, friendlier and more humble) a year ago. But when I called last time in September 2018 to inquire about my quarterly order (it incountered problems while being shipped), I felt aloof attitude. I was told that I can check the status at FedEx myself, which is totally cool. But I felt I had bothered with my call. But the wine is as delicious as always!

I have enjoyed my club naked membership… I have enjoyed my club naked membership in Seaside Oregon. I truly enjoy the high level of customer service both in the winery or over the phone. I have my wine shipped quarterly, the shipping is fast. I absolutely am in love with the Gay Rosé and The Vixen Syrah is my husbands favorite. Xo

Everything is great!! Everything is great!!! The wine is very good. The labeling is enjoyable, so please don't change it. The flights poured at the establishments are appropriately described and the employees are a joy at the Bend, Oregon location. The Great Train Robbery at Hood River, OR was a fun experience.

Emergency wine needed! Dinner with the In-laws! I went in looking for a great wine for Christmas dinner with my in-laws, which needless to say is stressful enough, so making sure things went well I wanted to pair a tasty wine with dinner, the selection was amazing and ended up getting a few different bottles because the prices were incredible! (I'll need them as i prepare for company lol) dinner went amazing and the wine from Naked Winery was a must!
