Great service I love the fact that they have the alcohol that I cant get in my state, but the only thing is the shipping is so darn high. The shipping is another bottle of the stuff I like which doesn't cost much. The shipping is the reason I only order from there once a year. If the shipping wasn't so high I would probably order something once a month. The good thing about them is they deliver your items in a timely manner, and you can definitely trust the site.

Item was received in a timely manner considering the bad weather. However, item received is not 2015 Bombay Holiday Gift set. It is what was offered in 2014. I happen to have 2 others already. Had I been able to actually see the item better, I would have seen that it was not what I wanted (problem probably lies with your website).. When I called the store, the person answering claimed they had no idea what the distributor would provide. Sounds like the distributor and your buyer are not savvy enough to make sure you actually get what you are supposed to get. Bombay supplies new designs late in the year. I am not going to spend another $16.00 in shipping to return, although I was impressed with the packaging. I consider this a lesson learned.

Great selection, great price We use Marketview Liquor for most of our wine purchasing . . . and we live in Illinois. They have a great selection, very competitive prices and often have free or reduced cost shipping. When we visit the store (we have relatives in Rochester area), the staff is very friendly and helpful.

OUTSTANDING!! Outstanding. Professional. Reliable. I placed my order online requiring delivery on a specific day in NYC, many miles from Rochester. Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business. Very friendly, competent, reliable.

Fast shipping but need better service I was delighted to see a wine that was sold out everywhere else be stocked there and at a great price. Immediately, I ordered 2 cases and about 2 days later, I got a shipment notice. However, I also saw on the notice that only 2/3rds of what I ordered and paid for shipped. Confused, I called and the service guy was clueless. He claimed I ordered a smaller amount even though I had a receipt for 24 bottles. After much insistence from me, he finally checked and said they didn't have 24 available. Reason why only 17 shipped. Fine, but why charge me for 24 and not communicate the issue at all?! He did apologize and issued me a credit, but I would've appreciated proper communication from the get go without me having to force it out of them.
