GBItem was received in a timely manner considering the bad weather. However, item received is not 2015 Bombay Holiday Gift set. It is what was offered in 2014. I happen to have 2 others already. Had I been able to actually see the item better, I would have seen that it was not what I wanted (problem probably lies with your website).. When I called the store, the person answering claimed they had no idea what the distributor would provide. Sounds like the distributor and your buyer are not savvy enough to make sure you actually get what you are supposed to get. Bombay supplies new designs late in the year. I am not going to spend another $16.00 in shipping to return, although I was impressed with the packaging. I consider this a lesson learned.

GBGreat buying experience! Ordered gift of wine by phone from Florida for neighborhood delivery in San Francisco. Helpful input as to which wines. Marketview called to let my "Giftee" know something awaited her at their emporium. They gift wrapped and attached a note from me. Could not have been improved upon…….

GBTHAT HAD WHAT I WANTED Marketview Liquor has proven to be my 'GO TO' place for hard to find labels. For example - we were looking for a particular brand of Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, and we FOUND IT HERE! We are delighted to give this liquor store online service 5 STARS!

GBFast shipping but need better service I was delighted to see a wine that was sold out everywhere else be stocked there and at a great price. Immediately, I ordered 2 cases and about 2 days later, I got a shipment notice. However, I also saw on the notice that only 2/3rds of what I ordered and paid for shipped. Confused, I called and the service guy was clueless. He claimed I ordered a smaller amount even though I had a receipt for 24 bottles. After much insistence from me, he finally checked and said they didn't have 24 available. Reason why only 17 shipped. Fine, but why charge me for 24 and not communicate the issue at all?! He did apologize and issued me a credit, but I would've appreciated proper communication from the get go without me having to force it out of them.

GBI spent $172 on a case of wine I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money. I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.
