Marketview called to let my "Giftee" know something awaited her at their emporium. They gift wrapped and attached a note from me. Could not have been improved upon…….

GBGreat selection, great price We use Marketview Liquor for most of our wine purchasing . . . and we live in Illinois. They have a great selection, very competitive prices and often have free or reduced cost shipping. When we visit the store (we have relatives in Rochester area), the staff is very friendly and helpful.

GBI spent $172 on a case of wine I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money. I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.

GBSmooth Transaction Went online to find a specific Bourbon that we didn't have in Oregon. Found this sight and seemed pretty easy. Received item intact in a timely manner. Was surprised there wasn't some kind of packing material in the box. Could be easy to break a bottle if shipper's tossed it around. Other than that all good.

GBFast shipping but need better service I was delighted to see a wine that was sold out everywhere else be stocked there and at a great price. Immediately, I ordered 2 cases and about 2 days later, I got a shipment notice. However, I also saw on the notice that only 2/3rds of what I ordered and paid for shipped. Confused, I called and the service guy was clueless. He claimed I ordered a smaller amount even though I had a receipt for 24 bottles. After much insistence from me, he finally checked and said they didn't have 24 available. Reason why only 17 shipped. Fine, but why charge me for 24 and not communicate the issue at all?! He did apologize and issued me a credit, but I would've appreciated proper communication from the get go without me having to force it out of them.
