Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business. Very friendly, competent, reliable.

Found a special wine at Marketview Liquor My husband and I had dinner at a fine restaurant that we frequent. We tried a featured wine and enjoyed it. We were unable to find this particular wine at our local market. I checked a few online stores and was striking out when I stumbled onto Marketview Liquor. Not only was the wine available, the price was less than we expected, even with having to pay shipping, which we rarely do. Overall my experience with this merchant was excellent.

Smooth Transaction Went online to find a specific Bourbon that we didn't have in Oregon. Found this sight and seemed pretty easy. Received item intact in a timely manner. Was surprised there wasn't some kind of packing material in the box. Could be easy to break a bottle if shipper's tossed it around. Other than that all good.

I spent $172 on a case of wine I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money. I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.
