Exceptional The website was easy to navigate & I found wine I had been searching weeks for. My order was processed right away and validated with an email. I emailed customer service to find out the status of my order and received a reply within a few hours. It hadn't shipped due to extreme cold. The experience was exceptional and I would recommend market view to everyone.

Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business. Perfect first experience I placed an order for 6 bottles of (for me) very expensive wine late one night, and selected overnight delivery because of the summer heat. By mid-afternoon I had received confirmation of shipping, and the wine was delivered before 10:30 the next day (I live in Florida). It was packaged in molded styrofoam that kept the wine safe and reasonably cool in transit. I couldn't be more pleased.
