Nice Find Was a little leery about ordering from a new source, but the experience could not have been more pleasant. User friendly website, superb customer service, prompt delivery, and very acceptable wine. What more could you want? Look forward to using this site again.

OUTSTANDING!! Outstanding. Professional. Reliable. I placed my order online requiring delivery on a specific day in NYC, many miles from Rochester. Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business. Very friendly, competent, reliable.

Perfect first experience I placed an order for 6 bottles of (for me) very expensive wine late one night, and selected overnight delivery because of the summer heat. By mid-afternoon I had received confirmation of shipping, and the wine was delivered before 10:30 the next day (I live in Florida). It was packaged in molded styrofoam that kept the wine safe and reasonably cool in transit. I couldn't be more pleased.

Exceptional The website was easy to navigate & I found wine I had been searching weeks for. My order was processed right away and validated with an email. I emailed customer service to find out the status of my order and received a reply within a few hours. It hadn't shipped due to extreme cold. Marketview called to let my "Giftee" know something awaited her at their emporium. They gift wrapped and attached a note from me. Could not have been improved upon…….
