After waiting for a week to get a shipping notice I had to contact them before they let me know they were waiting for weather to warm up before shipping. I appreciate them waiting so as not to freeze the product, but it would have been nice for them to let me know that before I started wondering where my order was.

Great service I love the fact that they have the alcohol that I cant get in my state, but the only thing is the shipping is so darn high. The shipping is another bottle of the stuff I like which doesn't cost much. The shipping is the reason I only order from there once a year. If the shipping wasn't so high I would probably order something once a month. The good thing about them is they deliver your items in a timely manner, and you can definitely trust the site.

It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.

Smooth Transaction Went online to find a specific Bourbon that we didn't have in Oregon. Found this sight and seemed pretty easy. Received item intact in a timely manner. Was surprised there wasn't some kind of packing material in the box. Could be easy to break a bottle if shipper's tossed it around. Other than that all good.
