Smooth Transaction Went online to find a specific Bourbon that we didn't have in Oregon. Found this sight and seemed pretty easy. Received item intact in a timely manner. Was surprised there wasn't some kind of packing material in the box. Could be easy to break a bottle if shipper's tossed it around. Other than that all good.

Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business. Nice Find Was a little leery about ordering from a new source, but the experience could not have been more pleasant. User friendly website, superb customer service, prompt delivery, and very acceptable wine. What more could you want? Look forward to using this site again.

Always great customer service with a good selection. I have repeatedly ordered from Marketview Liquor. I used to live in upstate NY, and I miss the finger lakes wines. Marketview has one of the better selections for online retailers I've found. I typically wait for a half off shipping sale to make it financially viable, and order a case each time. Recently, somehow I was only shipped 11 bottles instead of 12. I sent Marketview an email, and they shipped the last bottle the same day. Every time I've dealt with the team at Marketview they've been helpful and quick to respond.

Great service I love the fact that they have the alcohol that I cant get in my state, but the only thing is the shipping is so darn high. The shipping is another bottle of the stuff I like which doesn't cost much. The shipping is the reason I only order from there once a year. If the shipping wasn't so high I would probably order something once a month. The good thing about them is they deliver your items in a timely manner, and you can definitely trust the site.
