Fast shipping but need better service I was delighted to see a wine that was sold out everywhere else be stocked there and at a great price. Immediately, I ordered 2 cases and about 2 days later, I got a shipment notice. However, I also saw on the notice that only 2/3rds of what I ordered and paid for shipped. Confused, I called and the service guy was clueless. He claimed I ordered a smaller amount even though I had a receipt for 24 bottles. After much insistence from me, he finally checked and said they didn't have 24 available. Reason why only 17 shipped. Fine, but why charge me for 24 and not communicate the issue at all?! He did apologize and issued me a credit, but I would've appreciated proper communication from the get go without me having to force it out of them.

Great Liquor Delivered Expediantly My fiance is particular about his whiskey. His current favorite brand couldn't be found in any of my local liquor stores, so I took to the internet. Luckily Marketview Liquor was one of the top hits and had exactly what I was looking for. Their online ordering site was easy to use and within a minute or two, I was checking out. Immediately after checkout, I was emailed my receipt and informed that the original receipt will arrive with the liquor I had purchased. In less than a week, I received my purchase via UPS and was able to complete my fiance's Valentine's Day gift!

OUTSTANDING!! Outstanding. Professional. Reliable. I placed my order online requiring delivery on a specific day in NYC, many miles from Rochester. Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business.
