Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Marketview credit. I have total trust in this business. Very friendly, competent, reliable.

I spent $172 on a case of wine I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money. I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.

Perfect first experience I placed an order for 6 bottles of (for me) very expensive wine late one night, and selected overnight delivery because of the summer heat. By mid-afternoon I had received confirmation of shipping, and the wine was delivered before 10:30 the next day (I live in Florida). It was packaged in molded styrofoam that kept the wine safe and reasonably cool in transit. I couldn't be more pleased.
