After waiting for a week to get a shipping notice I had to contact them before they let me know they were waiting for weather to warm up before shipping. I appreciate them waiting so as not to freeze the product, but it would have been nice for them to let me know that before I started wondering where my order was.

I spent $172 on a case of wine I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. I am happy to report that Marketview Liquor refunded my money. I spent $172 on a case of wine. It arrived hot and every bottle of wine tasted like vinegar. I sent an email to them and after 2 weeks have not even received an acknowledgment. Maybe they were good at one time but their customer service now is zero! I will never buy from them again.

Nice Find Was a little leery about ordering from a new source, but the experience could not have been more pleasant. User friendly website, superb customer service, prompt delivery, and very acceptable wine. What more could you want? Look forward to using this site again.

Fast delivery. I love Chila Orchata creme rum. I have trouble finding my favorite liquor, Chila Orchata cinnamon Creme rum, locally so I am happy I'm able to purchase it on line from Marketview Liquor. My order arrived quickly and safely. The only negative I have is that the shipping cost is a bit high.

Perfect first experience I placed an order for 6 bottles of (for me) very expensive wine late one night, and selected overnight delivery because of the summer heat. By mid-afternoon I had received confirmation of shipping, and the wine was delivered before 10:30 the next day (I live in Florida). It was packaged in molded styrofoam that kept the wine safe and reasonably cool in transit. I couldn't be more pleased.
