USHorrible experience Horrible experience. Wine chateau send me the wrong Pinot Noir but charged me for the more expensive vintage. They initially tried to get me to keep the cheaper wine for the same price. Then offered a discount that wasn't even half the difference in price. Then made it my responsibility to return the wine. It's weeks later and still no refund. Grade: F
