GBAwful experience Awful experience. placed an order 6 days ago, it still hasn't been shipped and MAYBE, just MAYBE they will be able to receive the item from their supplier in 3 days from now and THEN ship it. In addition to this, the company is forcing you to install a Shop app on your phone (to track the order) that spies on your personal emails. Absolutely horrible shopping experience. First and last time I used them.

GBProblem free order After I placed my order I decided to read reviews. I was alarmed by several negative reviews and wondered if I made a mistake ordering from Wine Chateau. I placed my order Feb 10 and it arrived Feb 23. Very well packaged and exactly what I ordered. I will continue to order from them should I have a bad experience I will submit another review.

GBI was a little disappointed…. I was a little disappointed when my wine arrived since I thought I REORDERED the same kind of wine I ordered previously, however the label was different and the flavor is somewhat different. Not undrinkable but not what I expected.

GBOrdered and paid for three bottles Ordered and paid for three bottles. Got two, one was almost empty. The irony is that I paid for "insurance" of $8.95 for up to $300 - just enough to cover the purchase. Tried to contact them, no response. Going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away!
