Great customer service I was having issues with reinstating my SSL certificates on my website as they were supplied by a third party. Vps very kindly applied two brand new ssl's for free for the next year to help resolve the issue quickly. Much appreciated and just wish more companies could be as helpful.

I needed to access our DNS servers to… I needed to access our DNS servers to install a TrueShield by a third party security service. I submitted a case with VPS.net for instructions to locate the DNS Server. In less than minutes, we had the location and completed our task. Since Sept 2018, every ticket that we have submitted with VPS.net has been solved with this speed.
