I needed to access our DNS servers to… I needed to access our DNS servers to install a TrueShield by a third party security service. I submitted a case with VPS.net for instructions to locate the DNS Server. In less than minutes, we had the location and completed our task. Since Sept 2018, every ticket that we have submitted with VPS.net has been solved with this speed. We moved our web server from another hosting company in 2018 and have been extremely with our decision to select VPS.net.
