Last Bottle delivers great Customer Service! I've done business with numerous online wine sites and no one, I mean no one, is as reliable as Last Bottle! I don't say this because they're perfect- no one is. Horrible… Save yourself the aggravation and don’t order from them. I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago and never received it. They haven’t issued a refund yet and take forever to respond to email. They are as horrible as it gets! I will file a complaint with authorities!
