GBThe entire premise of this Wine… The entire premise of this Wine supplier is a lie. There is no last bottle . I placed an order and on my screen it said congrats you purchased last bottle. I didn't receive any confirmation of it so I emailed them. They told me they still had 10,000 bottles left. Thats odd as website said out of stock . First I are told I am getting great deals on small lots then I am told that they have over 10,000 bottles left of a specific vintage even though the order says sold out. No winners are ever posted . Its a scam

GBLast bottles hasn’t shipped after 10 days 1/16/2023 - I placed an order on last bottle wines 10 days ago. I still haven’t received a date of when I can expect the wine. It says 2 to 5 business days, the wine is only coming from Napa CA I’m in Los Angeles weather is fine so not sure why it’s taking soooo long. Their app says the wine has shipped but no date on when it will deliver. I contacted the shipping company and they only have a label and no actual package. You cannot get a hold of anyone live at the company - their phone number refers you back to their email which takes a few days to get a response from. Overall very underwhelmed so far with lack of human support and time to ship. I’ll post back again if I don’t receive any feedback soon. Very disappointing. So I eventually received my wine, 12 days after I ordered. Thanks for delivering and thank you for your response. I updated review to rank 3 stars it was still very very slow and it’s impossible to talk to anyone. Also their email response takes a few days.

GBI ordered 2 bottles from last bottle… I ordered 2 bottles from last bottle wines. I later found the same bottle at a local liquor store for $9 less. The next ad for wine I also found for less at a local liquor store. Buyer beware!

GBLast Bottle delivers great Customer Service! I've done business with numerous online wine sites and no one, I mean no one, is as reliable as Last Bottle! I don't say this because they're perfect- no one is. They do a great job regularly but the differentiator is how they handle the tough situations, whether something is out of their control or a product they've sold has gone bad before it can even be enjoyed. Kudos to Last Bottle for having a tremendous customer service team. They understand the value of a customer and always try to do the right thing. That's all you can ask for, so keep up the good work Last Bottle!

GBGreat prices and awesome customer service! To start, I get the opportunity to buy and try wines that I can't get around my home area. On top of that, they have great prices and their customer service is awesome. Normally, shipments are shipped quickly and well packaged to prevent damage. Throw a blazing fire or severe storm at them and the wine still comes timely without a hitch.
