GBLast Bottle delivers great Customer Service! I've done business with numerous online wine sites and no one, I mean no one, is as reliable as Last Bottle! I don't say this because they're perfect- no one is. They do a great job regularly but the differentiator is how they handle the tough situations, whether something is out of their control or a product they've sold has gone bad before it can even be enjoyed. Kudos to Last Bottle for having a tremendous customer service team. They understand the value of a customer and always try to do the right thing. GBI ordered 2 bottles from last bottle… I ordered 2 bottles from last bottle wines. I later found the same bottle at a local liquor store for $9 less. The next ad for wine I also found for less at a local liquor store. Buyer beware!
