She then blocked my emails so I had to book with another airline to use my return flight. I referred the Company to the Attorney General in New York. Business First answered them, saying that they do not refund tickets, I did not have the ticket I paid for, they said the money would be used for future travel? They do not reply to me, so how can I do that? I am still waiting after numerous emails and phone calls.
