Good service - fast delivery I was concerned about making my first order with ReserveBar after reading some one star reviews saying deliveries were never made and customer service was bad. But this was not my experience. I received my order 2 days after purchase. I received emails to let me know when it was shipped and later for tracking. Would buy from them again.

Reserve bar was great I got a very nice bottle of bourbon and was very worried that it would break on the way from Florida to Minnesota. What happened was that I was able to track the purchase and it arrived extremely well packaged and the whiskey was excellent. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the care reserve bar put in to securing my bottle. I’d have no reservations about buying another bottle from them. Top notch.

Kudos to Meagan G Meagan G. is the best. She worked with me to find a difficult to find bourbon without the extremely high secondary markup. Had found out that the service didn't ship to my home state but we were able to find a suitable alternative. Reserve Bar has made me a new loyal customer.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM This place took my order, waited over a month to start sending me notices they were just now processing my order. Then started showing me bogus delivery tracking notices. When I contracted them, they claimed it was being delivered the next day. For three days they claimed they could not make delivery because the business was closed. It was not a business address. When I complained again, they then gave me bogus delivery notices that said it was delivered. I disputed the charge to my credit card. Then two weeks later they emailed me and to say they see my dispute and claimed the package had been returned to the seller since it was never delivered. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!

Don't use their service if you don't want to waste your time. Their system reported delivery but I never received the package. When I complained, the staff told me to check with the neighbors to see if they were delivered by mistake, which is not my job. and they told me to wait for them to contact the delivery party for more than a month and still no results. I asked them to return my money and they said that only when they receive a response from the delivery party will they process my case. The most irresponsible company I have ever known.
