Order was placed and I immediately… Order was placed and I immediately received a proof for glass etching which required an adjustment which was made promptly and accurately. Shipment was right after that and products received well wrapped and safely. Best vendor I have ever used!! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience. Truly, better than expected. The experience started off with a quick email about a custom logo flute. After supplying them, Laura, with a high enough resolution picture they created a logo proof which was sent to me. I loved the proof and was told it would look the same. Well, I received the custom glasses, I ordered crystal, within a week from order and they are OUTSTANDING! If you are on the fence about ordering something, don’t be. They are great from start to finish. This was my second order from this company.

Custom Order Perfection! I had a custom order for some whiskey glasses that could not have been more perfect. The fast, friendly, and accurate customer service provided from Laura was top notch! The glasses were etched and shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape - they are gorgeous. This is my second time ordering from Crystal Imagery and wouldn't hesitate to do so again or recommend them. Thanks Laura!

I'm Impressed! I just have to say how impressed I am with your company and the service we have received. I placed this order on Monday and received the items Wednesday morning! Your communication was consistent and well done. The email informing me that my package was delivered, arrived as the package was coming into my office. It couldn’t have been choreographed better! The champagne flutes and engraving exceed my expectations. I am very happy with everything from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, including the logo download, chat feature and the personal touch with you reaching out during the proofing process. Just want to say thank you and give a shout out to Julie. Great job!

Best Custom Glass Etching Quality Available I looked at several companies before deciding on Crystal Imagery. Their ability to sand etch the very thin Glencairn glasses without compromising their strength was a plus. In addition, they produced exactly the design I intended including the height adjustments to accurately denote the 2 oz pour fill line. And the feel of sand carved sand etching. What more can I say ... Perfect! Thank You & Bravo Crystal Imagery!
