Your communication was consistent and well done. The email informing me that my package was delivered, arrived as the package was coming into my office. It couldn’t have been choreographed better! The champagne flutes and engraving exceed my expectations. I am very happy with everything from start to finish. Great experience. Truly, better than expected. The experience started off with a quick email about a custom logo flute. After supplying them, Laura, with a high enough resolution picture they created a logo proof which was sent to me. I loved the proof and was told it would look the same. Well, I received the custom glasses, I ordered crystal, within a week from order and they are OUTSTANDING! If you are on the fence about ordering something, don’t be. They are great from start to finish. This was my second order from this company.

I ordered 12 personalized Glencarin whiskey glasses for my Dad’s 8oth birthday. The logo I sent in was a perfect match to the sample that was provided on the glass.
