This company is misleading This company is misleading. I ordered the subscription billed each time a box was sent. I got my first box and it said I would get another 60 days after. I only wanted one box but they charged me and shipped another box two weeks after the first one. When I contacted customer support they were extremely rude and short and I had to fight to even cancel the subscription. The Whiskey wasn't even that good and seemed really gimicky.

Other than the fact that every time I… Other than the fact that every time I order they send the bottles wrapped in 100 tons of bubble wrap ( bad for the environment ) and then in plastic bags ( also bad) but what makes it worse is that the bottles always leak leaving me with less product and wet boxes EVERYTIME. Why can you all not use compostable wine containers and get rid of the "plastic"

I will definitely be using them again in the future. My merchandise was damaged in transit and Shots Box was quick to resolve the issue. Very responsive and kept me up to date along the way. Very impressed by their timeliness. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
