This company is misleading This company is misleading. I ordered the subscription billed each time a box was sent. I got my first box and it said I would get another 60 days after. I only wanted one box but they charged me and shipped another box two weeks after the first one. When I contacted customer support they were extremely rude and short and I had to fight to even cancel the subscription. The Whiskey wasn't even that good and seemed really gimicky.

Awesome gift box, great price, but need to indicate where you don't ship I ordered the peanut butter whiskey gift box, it arrived nicely packaged and the recipient loved it! My only complaint is with the ordering process - I tried to order the gift box and ship it directly to the recipient (who lives in DE) but the order would not go through, despite numerous attempts with different credit cards, etc. I finally sent a note to ask why it wasn't going through and the response was that you can't ship to DE. The areas where you can't ship need to be clearly stated on your website. Other than that it was easy to ship it to my address in MD and then I met up with the recipient to give them the gift.

Excellent Customer Service I found Shots Box easy to work with. They were very customer oriented & answered my questions in a timely manner. My package was delayed & I was unable to track it so I reached out to Shots Box & they got back to me with the new delivery date. They even contacted me the day it was delivered to make sure it got to me. I really appreciate good customer service & follow up. My son Loved his gift & I was so happy it arrived in time to go under the tree to be opened Christmas morning. Thank you Shots Box!

Amazing overall experince I purchased Willie’s Devil’s Brigade Whiskey, Willie’s Huckleberry Sweet Cream Liqueur. Shopping from Shots Box website was easy and my package was delivered timely and without issue. I upgraded the packaging for a very nominal amount and it was worth it as my bottles arrived safely and sercurly packed. I saved the bottle bags for use when I fly for my suitcase.

I will definitely be using them again in the future. My merchandise was damaged in transit and Shots Box was quick to resolve the issue. Very responsive and kept me up to date along the way. Very impressed by their timeliness. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
