Easy to order, good service. Logistics provider could do better Great selection and easy to order off this site & they ship fast. The challenge I have is with their logistics service provider (DPD). They struggle to get the delivery address right and provide poor follow-up information when they can't deliver. They ask for a reference number which can ONLY be obtained from the failed delivery note: a little pointless when you're shipping from abroad.

Delivered on Time! At first it was a little tough getting an order in for my family in Spain due to my CC company security blocks but finally got it done. By the time my order was confirmed to be shipped the time to get it there for a retirement party scheduled to be on a Saturday was late. First date available was going to be the following Monday. But I reached out in an email to Gifts for Europe letting them know that I needed it delivered before that Saturday. The Thursday before I received notification that it had been delivered. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
