Great pies, poor delivery Great pies, lovely filling and well cooked. Pastry exceptional. Customer services were great but needed to be - first delivery list as courier tried delivery to wrong house before returning to depot, replacement worse given very, very precise instructions that courier ignored in full. Small car chase to catch him and his little white van up. He claims our house didn't exist which was a surprise given that I've lived there 25 years ! Would buy again BUT pick the pies up in person

I’ve had pies from Radford’s since… I’ve had pies from Radford’s since before they moved to their new factory. The quality of the fillings in my opinion are nowhere near as good as they used to be. Seem to find a fair bit of gristle and fat in the beef pies and generally not as tasty as they used to be. Afraid I won’t be ordering anymore.

No Order Received I placed an order in January 2024 & as of writing this I have had nothing. I have e mailed at least 5 times. Messaged on messenger . I have tried to ring but says no not recognised. Not sure what else I can do. I have now had a reply from Radford’s Pie Company & they are re sending my order next week. Looking forward to trying them.

From Disappointment to Delight. Placed order on line and was initially disappointed when there was a delay with delivery beyond that explained on their website. However, that was quickly resolved and my order was completed and delivered on Saturday 15th July. Any initial disappointment was overcome when we tried the pies. They were delicious and without doubt we will definitely be ordering again. Many thanks George Oatham

In area so had to try Meaty and pastry lovely, little bit of gristle in one ehich was steak and Stilton, couldn't really taste Stilton. Could do with labels on brown bags stating what pie is what, as I did buy 3 different types and didn't know what I was eating as grease came through bag!
