GBGreat pies, poor delivery Great pies, lovely filling and well cooked. Pastry exceptional. Customer services were great but needed to be - first delivery list as courier tried delivery to wrong house before returning to depot, replacement worse given very, very precise instructions that courier ignored in full. Small car chase to catch him and his little white van up. He claims our house didn't exist which was a surprise given that I've lived there 25 years ! Would buy again BUT pick the pies up in person

GBFrom Disappointment to Delight. Placed order on line and was initially disappointed when there was a delay with delivery beyond that explained on their website. However, that was quickly resolved and my order was completed and delivered on Saturday 15th July. Any initial disappointment was overcome when we tried the pies. They were delicious and without doubt we will definitely be ordering again. Many thanks George Oatham

GBBetter than m and s! Better than m and s! Lovely filled pies. Had a selection of chicken and beef both filled with fresh ingredients and the whole family enjoyed. Will be ordering again for sure.

GBNEVER IGNORE CUSTOMERS First order arrived on time and were delicious so we placed a second order. Whilst waiting we received an email from the delivery company saying nobody was home to receive the order. We phoned the number given for Radfords and was told it was incorrect. We phoned the delivery company who didn't answer. The only way to contact was email. We told Radfords the delivery company was lying. We provided special delivery instructions and phone number but they gave us a flippant reply as they obviously believed the delivery company. We sent two more emails which were ignored so contacted Citizens Advice. We recommend that everyone does this. We sent a signed for letter which was also ignored so were advised to contact our bank who were able to secure a refund on my debit card. This did take three months. We are retired business owners. NEVER ignore customers.

GBOrder Paid For But Never Received I placed an order which was charged to my account in January but never received the order. My emails go unanswered and there is no phone number to speak to anyone. Very disappointed with this company.
