USI tried to call royalbatch to find out… I triedto call royalbatch to find out if they use USPS or a courier company to ship products. To my disappointment, they only use WHATSAPP to receive calls. Freaking scamming pigs. I'm glad I read the reviews first. I DEFFINETLY WILL NOT ORDER FROM SUCH SCUM. Only scammers use a phone app. You people are scum. You need to be shut down.

USMy shopping experience I placed order no. 53423 in March for whiskey bottles with a special batch number. The customer support notified me that batch number could be different than advertised, I asked them to cofirm the batch no. The next the confirmed it and it was not the exact one I was looking for. However, they gave me 10% discount and I accepted it. I received the bottle yesterday and honestly I liked it more than my original choice. Great customer support and whiskey selection. I will come back for more soon. Thank you

USStill waiting Still waiting. Told it was shipping in March. Last day of the month. Disputing with my bank this is garbage service. Communication is key and if they couldn’t fill my order by the date promised they should have returned my payment.
