Absolute scam Absolute scam. BEWARE! Provided tracking number and then they recalled it 2 weeks later. Poor customer service, asked for phone number to call and email (5 days later) claimed they did not have a phone number. 2 months later, they replied the bourbon was returned to their warehouse & they could not send because they ran out of the item.

good prices - bad execution... False promises I ordered (at good prices) a couples of different whiskeys..... After a number of days, I ask about the order, and they don't have one of them ( I really wanted it! ) And refund that one (which I have not received several days later) Then I tell them I leave town in a week and ask them to hold the shipment - response is " I will monitor and manage your shipment, don't worry, it's under control" Two days later, they ship it anyway Just poor execution, false promises.... Bad business Hope they don't mess up the rest of it.... Go elsewhere for your purchase

Placed an order and it took six weeks… Placed an order and it took six weeks to tell me that they are "out of stock" and obviously a completely incompetent company.

Ordered 5 times Ordered 5 times. First 4 orders were 5 Star flawless. Last one, a zero star nightmare. Out of stock on 4 of 5 items...even though web said in stock. Charged card, no ship, no e-mail for 2 weeks....then e-mail back and forth on substitutes....settled on in stock substitute items....still no ship..... I paid by CC, so reversed the $215 charges just over 5 weeks after the order. They have NO phone number and would not call me despite repeated attempts.

Free stuff scam. Ordered twice from them and their scheme of free stuff is a total scam. Didn't receive the free stuff on either shipment and they will not return emails from me stating so. Good site but buyer beware!
