Absolute scam.! This is a nightmare.! This is a nightmare.!! I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. Their customer service is non existent, no phone to call. When you reach out to their "delivery company" they say to contact the retailer because "the product is missing". How can it be missing if you say you "delivered it". Absolute scam! I got my porch camera files to prove you're liars and scammers!!!

Bad service. If you think almost 4 weeks to receive… If you think almost 4 weeks to receive an $800 order is acceptable, then by all means, order from these people.

good prices - bad execution... False promises I ordered (at good prices) a couples of different whiskeys..... After a number of days, I ask about the order, and they don't have one of them ( I really wanted it! ) And refund that one (which I have not received several days later) Then I tell them I leave town in a week and ask them to hold the shipment - response is " I will monitor and manage your shipment, don't worry, it's under control" Two days later, they ship it anyway Just poor execution, false promises.... Bad business Hope they don't mess up the rest of it.... Go elsewhere for your purchase

Ordered 5 times Ordered 5 times. First 4 orders were 5 Star flawless. Last one, a zero star nightmare. Out of stock on 4 of 5 items...even though web said in stock. Charged card, no ship, no e-mail for 2 weeks....then e-mail back and forth on substitutes....settled on in stock substitute items....still no ship..... I paid by CC, so reversed the $215 charges just over 5 weeks after the order. They have NO phone number and would not call me despite repeated attempts.

Orderd bottle of Widow Jane 15 year old… Orderd bottle of Widow Jane 15 year old on 01/14. Ordering was easy, went without a problem. They inform me that they are out of stock a few days later, which is fine, happens. I send 4 emails since then, yet to be responded to. No phone number listed. Will update if/when there is a development. So far negative experience. Generally, liked the store, decent choice of whiskey, was planning an additional order. Eventually all the issues were resolved, but G-d, they are taking their time.
