GBOrdered a $360 bottle Ordered a $360 bottle. Received an email recommendation to install the Shop app to track my purchase. Shop indicated that the product shipped yet there were no further updates. So I sent an email requesting the tracking number. No response. Left a voice message requesting the tracking number. Again no response. Roughly 3 weeks into this I filed a dispute with PayPay. After an additional week 3brothersliquor had not responded to PayPal. Had to finally contact Amex who reversed the charges. 3brothersliquor seem like a legitimate business but I’m wondering…

GBSatisfying experience I couldn’t find Papas Pilar Rum anywhere local. 3Brothers showed it to be in stock so I ordered 2 bottles. The shipping was an added expense but would have been from any supplier. 3Brothers, via the SHOP app, communicated the status of my order. I also emailed them to check if my item was in stock and received an immediate response that it was. I got my order within 2 weeks. Very happy with my experience.

GBI was also screwed by company! I was also screwed by this joke of a company! I ordered a case of Ultimat Vodka way back in Sept 2021 for $464.51, and I have spent the past 10 months trying to receive my order or to get a refund! Every email I received from this horrible company said that my order is being processed and will ship soon. What a joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING!

GBOrdered 2 bottles of Scotch in April Ordered 2 bottles of Scotch in April, never got them. Asked for refund then they suddenly got them in so they said they were going to ship them. Never got them. Asked for tracking number, never got one, asked for refund 3 times, nothing yet. I have called, it just rings through, no answer. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS, TOTAL SCAM!

GBAfter ordering After ordering, the shipment status said it was shipped, however that was not the case. Once ordered placed, took three days for FedEx to p/u order. Along the way, package was damaged and carrier was unable to deliver. Even after paying for the insurance, having a real go around trying to get a complete refund. To this day, they claim they have refunded the funds, haven't seen it three days later.
