I would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order three weeks before I needed the bottle of very expensive bourbon to give as a gift. Almost two weeks later it hasn’t shipped. Every single day I check the status and it is always “unfulfilled.” When I inquired they sent me a copy of their return policy stating they have 30 days to fulfill an order before I’m entitled to a refund. In the age of Amazon, there’s NO REASON tor an in-stock item not to ship the first business day after the order is received. Absolutely ridiculous.

Total scam It's a ripoff and borderline scam. Essentially you're paying someone to go get a rare bottle for you at some point in the future. You're better off doing it yourself. Just gross, really, places like this are strangling any enjoyment and pleasure out of collecting and drinking whisky. Sleazebags looking to make a few quick bucks off something they don't care about at all.

Price Gauging My wife purchased a bottle of rum for me as a birthday gift. She unfortunately didn't do her due diligence on the price. The Bottle (Dead Mans Fingers Coconut Rum) is listed on multiple sites for $20-$24. Cask Cartel charged $160 (excluding shipping) and has a ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY. Modern day price gouging at its best via a middle man distributor that exercises the law to its advantage by posting a legal disclaimer on its site.. BUYER BEWARE

My wife identified an obscure liqueur… My wife identified an obscure liqueur made in the UK somewhere in her reading or travels. She emailed to ask if I might be able to locate an outlet for purchase. I found it at a couple of large east coat U.S. retailers, the closest of which was about 250 miles from where we reside. Neither outlet I found would ship to our address in upstate New York. Tried Cask Cartel who immediately accepted my order. My order was placed September 6. Today is September 11 and my wife picked up her liqueur shipped by Cask Cartel's 'fulfillment partner' (my term) this afternoon at our local FedEx office. Contents undamaged and product as ordered. Not a price bargain, but service quick and efficient in our case.

Took about 3 weeks to arrive but it came Perfectly, Better late than ever... I think this marketplace is good for hard to find items, Otherwise I will just get my ass of and go to a local liquor store!
