Order forgotten and shipment late It seemed like our order was lost or forgotten. It took over 2-3 weeks for a mockup. We had to reach out multiple times to ask for an update, and a different person responded each time. The only ask was to use a different sticker, instead of a valentines sticker. We were advised rush shipping was needed to make our delivery date, but still, the package was late.

I submitted a high-resolution file but… I submitted a high-resolution file but the logo is pixelated and not the right color. Will not be re-ordering again for next year.

The candy wrappers were top notch! The candy wrappers were top notch! I had a photo put on them and it was clear, good color and bright. Very pleased with the quality of each wrapper. They also included a few extra which was appreciated. Next time I order, however I will pay the extra to have them wrap the candy bars. I’m not the best at doing that but they still looked awesome and everyone loved them!

We had more than a few problems with our artwork and the team worked with us non-stop until we got it right. They want your project to be successful as much as you do. The candy bars arrived on time as promised. All bars were in tack and the artwork is beautiful. We look forward to giving our guests this customized treat. Thanks again, WH Candy!
