Some challenges with understanding artwork (like a company logo added), but not a deal breaker. Will work with them again for sure.

In the end I still got my original order and had expedited shipping for free to make up for the delay. The product (90th birthday party favor) is absolutely what I expected -- the print is crisp and very attractive! I highly recommend WH Candy for your party favor / souvenir needs. The company has great service and really wants return customers.

Order forgotten and shipment late It seemed like our order was lost or forgotten. It took over 2-3 weeks for a mockup. We had to reach out multiple times to ask for an update, and a different person responded each time. The only ask was to use a different sticker, instead of a valentines sticker. We were advised rush shipping was needed to make our delivery date, but still, the package was late.
