GBOur order was wrong not once but twice… Our order was wrong not once but twice and we received damaged goods in the first order which they did not replace, they just gave a credit. They were missing candy items in the first order which they were sending again and when that order came in (which was only 2 types of candy) they were missing one of the candy types, despite the invoice on top showing 2 kinds of candy, they had packed only one. They did not offer to resolve the issue by sending the missing item overnight mail, instead just gave us a credit which then made us have to go out to another business to buy our candy in order to have it in time for our party. Very poor customer service and no upper management to talk to about the issues.

GBCustomer service was awesome Customer service was awesome. We had an issue with the logo and the responsiveness was top notch. The only issue I had was when I received the product over half had no logo on the paper.
