GBOur order was wrong not once but twice… Our order was wrong not once but twice and we received damaged goods in the first order which they did not replace, they just gave a credit. They were missing candy items in the first order which they were sending again and when that order came in (which was only 2 types of candy) they were missing one of the candy types, despite the invoice on top showing 2 kinds of candy, they had packed only one. They did not offer to resolve the issue by sending the missing item overnight mail, instead just gave us a credit which then made us have to go out to another business to buy our candy in order to have it in time for our party. Very poor customer service and no upper management to talk to about the issues.

GBItems Missing From Order I went to Just Candy specifically to buy custom colored graduation candy for our event, and ordered a few other items to make it worth the price of expedited shipping. My order arrived missing the main bag of candy that was my sole purpose for ordering. I called CS and they said they couldn't get me the missing item in time for the event.

GBGood Customer Service My first time ordering from Just Candy and the experience was pleasant. There was a snafu with the image on the LifeSavers as they were overprinted, a bit of a quality control issue since I made sure my image as in the boundaries when I set it up. But I contacted customer support, reprinted everything and managed to get my shipment to me before the tradeshow that I was taking them to. I would definitely use them again.

GBArrived as promised in great condition Arrived as promised in great condition. The white gummy bears I ordered were more cream color, which wasn’t what I wanted. We used them for a first communion favor. The bears taste great and would buy them again.
