order cancelled no status or reason (order received) *note - I received my order on 12/17 however, I still never received a response. I really like this shop and will continue to order from here, but would have liked more communication so I knew what was going on with my order. The statement below was written prior to me receiving my order I ordered on december 9th, on december 10th the shipping label was created then canceled the next day. I have emailed twice requesting information and status on my order with no response. I have ordered previously and was very happy with the order, but this time without any response is very disappointing.

I placed an order on 02/04/24 that was… I placed an order on 02/04/24 that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days with the delivery payment I paid. The order was not even packaged by Amore di Mona until 02/10/24 after I called them and left them a voice message which only goes to a general mailbox or to three people who work there. This business is way too small and unapologetic about its errors to customers. I told them to cancel my order and went with a different company. My order should have arrived well before Valentine's Day on 04/14/24. They just don't have their act together and it shows.

In mid January I placed an order for… In mid January I placed an order for Valentine's day chocolates asking if they'd please delay shipment a few weeks. I sent an additional email asking if they could please delay the shipment. They never responded and instead shipped right away. :( I wrote to customer service once more and they never responded.

I absolutely love the chocolates I absolutely love the chocolates! All of them! I ordered 4 different ones and keep on eating them to decide which one I like the best.... so far no clear winner, I just keep on eating them.... so indulgent and decadent and gooey and just melts in your mouth.... And super fast shipping, I was impressed with packaging as well, well insulated to protect the product from melting in this hot weather

MELTED! Checkout process was fine. Received package and all was melted. Totally destroyed the wonderful gift it was supposed to be. Tried contacting via email and no answer.
