GBIn mid January I placed an order for… In mid January I placed an order for Valentine's day chocolates asking if they'd please delay shipment a few weeks. I sent an additional email asking if they could please delay the shipment. They never responded and instead shipped right away. :( I wrote to customer service once more and they never responded.

GBMELTED! Checkout process was fine. Received package and all was melted. Totally destroyed the wonderful gift it was supposed to be. Tried contacting via email and no answer.

She said the chocolates were delicious and having the peace on mind made them taste even better!!! She loved getting them as a surprise gift for Valentine’s Day. GBInadequate packaging The package was slow to arrive, I received this request for a review days ahead of the package. The package was inadequately packaged. I am glad that I had the opportunity to examine it before giving it. The outside ribbon was very smashed and I was able to refresh it with some work. I opened the package, and the chocolates were all askew and some were broken. I was able to rearrange them for the most part. Overall I was expecting something better especially after reading about your company in the New York Times.
