USLuxDeli lacked common courtesy to communicate I placed an order with LuxDeli in November, 2020. It was paid through PayPal, and immediately confirmed by LuxDeli. After 2 weeks, I did not receive anything, emailed them, and decided to wait an extra week before calling them. Still did not hear anything from them. I called and left messages, re-emailed, and still did not hear anything from them. Finally, I disputed the payment through PayPal, and, as they did not receive a reply by their dispute deadline, PayPal refunded my payment. LuxDeli did not display the common courtesy to communicate, resulting in inefficiencies all around.

USGarbage ass site Garbage ass site. Emailed them 3 times in three weeks. Never got any of emails about the order. The website isn’t even live anymore. It just vanished. Did a chargeback today. Learn to run a business you f$&k

USGave me a refund: no item. Gave me a refund as item was apparently out of stock, yet never received notice. Why have items on your website that are not available?

USPackage took four weeks to arrive and item was broken... My package showed up almost a month after I ordered it, I get it, holiday season, but to make matters worse the beak of the Raven lamp I ordered was broken off. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Never again, please do not order from this company.
