Package took four weeks to arrive and item was broken... My package showed up almost a month after I ordered it, I get it, holiday season, but to make matters worse the beak of the Raven lamp I ordered was broken off. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Never again, please do not order from this company.

Bought a bottle of Kvass back in… Ordered a bottle of Kvass back in August, and it never came. Called the store a month later and they told me they'll take a look, and here I am in November still haven't got my Kvass. Definitely not going to recommended this store.
