Variety of teas = fun exploration As a gift, I received a 3-month variety pack for the holidays. What a wonderful gift! Once a month for 3 months I received a beautifully packaged variety of teas, ones that I would ordinarily never try, some black, some green, some exotic mixtures, some herbal. A terrific gift for tea drinkers, lasts way past the one holiday and encourages you to expand your palate.

Happy in Pennsylvania This is my first tea subscription service and I’m happy with my choice. The tea smells delicious and tastes great too! I like the sticker on each envelope, it tells you how much tea to use, how long to steep it, and at what temperature to heat the water. It arrived three days sooner than expected; over all, a high quality product.

Best Tea I’ve ever had !! These teas are so yummy and the highest quality I have ever had ! Im not sure I will ever be able to go back to drinking any other teas . I love I have the opportunity to try them in the comfort of my own home, and fully customize my box . I also love all the direction and steeping tips that came prior to my first box , and all the tips that come on the packaging . I have placed several orders for larger amounts of tea and all were shipped fast . Tea Runner Charlie has been very helpful with any questions I have had and always has responded fast .

Great tea, poor customer service I love this tea and it almost always arrives super quickly, but I recently had a not great interaction with one of the owners. My order was significantly delayed because it accidentally traveled across the country before reaching me. It took 11 days to arrive by UPS instead of the usual 1-2 days. I was also concerned that the tea in plastic bags sat on a hot truck in the middle fo summer for days, not sure if that is the healthiest. Anyway, I know the delay was due to a UPS mistake and it was not Tea Runners fault, but I thought it would have been nice if they could have sent me out a couple of sample packs to get me through until my order arrived. That would have left me with a really good feeling about the company. Instead they were dismissive of my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. I used to be a huge fan and recommended them to all my friends, but I probably won’t be doing that anymore.
