Best Tea I’ve ever had !! These teas are so yummy and the highest quality I have ever had ! Im not sure I will ever be able to go back to drinking any other teas . I love I have the opportunity to try them in the comfort of my own home, and fully customize my box . I also love all the direction and steeping tips that came prior to my first box , and all the tips that come on the packaging . I have placed several orders for larger amounts of tea and all were shipped fast . Tea Runner Charlie has been very helpful with any questions I have had and always has responded fast .

Great tea, poor customer service I love this tea and it almost always arrives super quickly, but I recently had a not great interaction with one of the owners. My order was significantly delayed because it accidentally traveled across the country before reaching me. It took 11 days to arrive by UPS instead of the usual 1-2 days. I was also concerned that the tea in plastic bags sat on a hot truck in the middle fo summer for days, not sure if that is the healthiest. Anyway, I know the delay was due to a UPS mistake and it was not Tea Runners fault, but I thought it would have been nice if they could have sent me out a couple of sample packs to get me through until my order arrived. That would have left me with a really good feeling about the company. Instead they were dismissive of my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. I used to be a huge fan and recommended them to all my friends, but I probably won’t be doing that anymore.

On time, fantastic tea quality, ease online ordering (if I wanted to switch certain teas) and the presentation of the package is divine. I plan on gifting to friends and will continue the subscription for myself! It’s been so hard to find premium loose tea sellers since my go-to company for years went out of business.

Super fast response and shipment Charlie responded to my special request email within minutes , and he shipped my order today as per my request . He always ships fast and typically same day , but I just wanted to make sure it got in mail today so I can take it on vacation with me . Thank you so much Tea Runners !

Fun way to get unique teas! What a great service! I love trying new teas and the ones they send are extremely flavorful and interesting. I have two mentions: If you don't like flavorings added to your teas, stick with the black/green single origin ones. A lot of the herbal teas have added flavors. It's not bad, just a note. Second: I wish it were easier to get extra helpings of tea. Often times when I like a tea, so does everyone else and it's hard to get in the shop! It's really easy to customize your selection before delivery and I always look forward to the interesting packaging and delicious flavors!
