My go-to then was great espresso, and we bonded over love of the bean. I quickly realized his coffee knowledge far exceeded mine, and the pourovers he brewed from his own roasting efforts blew my socks off. His generosity of spirit and passion for sharing knowledge & great coffee experiences is truly admirable. And a lot of fun! I’m a longtime coffee lover, and I’ve been a customer of Trinity CBC ever since he started bagging & selling his roasts to a small group of fellow enthusiasts. This is the best coffee on the market. After going to their website and trying several of their flavored coffee I am thrilled to find such good coffee. Among my favorites is the Peanuts/Cracker Jacks/Semi-Earthy| "City of God".I really enjoyed the selection and taste of the coffee. This coffee is amazing, smooth, and flavorful.
