Old school service and traditional coffee! The service has always been a great experience. The product is awesome and leaves a good impression on your tastebuds. Glad this is local and available to many in the LA Region. Be sure to book the coffee cart in the future!

High Quality AND Quantity Coffee by Post! Trinity CBC mailed me some quality coffee! Grateful that I can buy it by the pound at a reasonable price when other specialty coffee roasters sell much smaller bags at prices that drain the account. I also picked up a t-shirt that says "God gave me style. God gave me grace." And I love that it's TRUE and looks GOOD. I expect to get lots of compliments on it post-shelter-in-place. Until then, it's on my regular WFH rotation! I'd love if they also stocked and sold coffee filters for Chemex. That would be way helpful right now!

Trinity CBC is the Real Deal! Trinity CBC is the Real Deal! I’ve been getting an education in premium coffee from proprietor Paul Bobadilla since 2015, when we were coworkers at a top media company. My go-to then was great espresso, and we bonded over love of the bean. I quickly realized his coffee knowledge far exceeded mine, and the pourovers he brewed from his own roasting efforts blew my socks off. His generosity of spirit and passion for sharing knowledge & great coffee experiences is truly admirable. And a lot of fun! I’m a longtime coffee lover, and I’ve been a customer of Trinity CBC ever since he started bagging & selling his roasts to a small group of fellow enthusiasts. Paul & Trinity have earned my absolute customer loyalty with the epic consistency of their top-quality, ethically-sourced coffee beans. I’ve turned on at least 5 or 6 fellow beanheads to Trinity, and they’ve all thanked me profusely. Thanks to Paul, I now brew a mean pourover myself (my wife is totally hooked on them), and I keep a bag of Trinity CBC whole beans in my coffee cupboard AT. ALL. TIMES. Period. Give them a try. Amazing Craft Coffee + Impressive Service What I love about Trinity CBC is that not only is their coffee very high quality in taste, their service is incredible. The owner Paul, sent me specific brewing methods and recipes for my aeropress and has taught me about roasting methods, how long my coffee will last for optimum flavor, and more. Their cold brew is one of my new faves, and I’ve gotten great ideas of how to make specialty drinks with that, too!
