This may reflect a poor memory on my part but over all I love being able to go on your website and choose what I want to roast. They're a pleasure to work with, prompt and personable in response to queries/special requests or problems. After ordering from them for several years, we stopped in order to buy fair trade coffee elsewhere. Then, we returned when they added FTO offerings. They even responded to our and other requests for an FTO espresso blend for our morning blast. Our only complaint is that, although we really like the FTO espresso blend, it's not as rich and robust as the raging bull we ordered previously.
