In the past, I have noticed distinct variations in this noble coffee, not only due to sourcing issues, but most importantly from inattentive roasting; never from OCB. Pete fresh roasts 3 days a week and goes out of his way to fit late orders into the roasting schedule (Thanks Pete!); He is passionate about his coffee (check those youtube videos).
