In the past, I have noticed distinct variations in this noble coffee, not only due to sourcing issues, but most importantly from inattentive roasting; never from OCB. Their past offerings have been consistently very good to excellent. Pete and his crew nailed this one. The temperature and duration of the roast were perfectly executed, the result truly exceptional. I stumbled upon his website when looking for a good price on Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. I purchased a 5lb bag and have kept purchasing from him for all my coffee needs. He roasts frequently and ships quickly. For midwest coffee drinkers, he is a great source and the quality of the roast is quite good. He obviously cares about what he does and he does it well.
