Pete fresh roasts 3 days a week and goes out of his way to fit late orders into the roasting schedule (Thanks Pete!); He is passionate about his coffee (check those youtube videos). His selection of green beans is amazing, along with the equipment to make great coffee. Having tried a number of other roasters I'm glad I've found Pete!

Excellent variety of single origin coffee available in 5lb bullets for addicted coffee drinkers. Pete offers an excellent selection of single origin coffees from a wide variety of locations. I stumbled upon his website when looking for a good price on Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. I purchased a 5lb bag and have kept purchasing from him for all my coffee needs. He roasts frequently and ships quickly. For midwest coffee drinkers, he is a great source and the quality of the roast is quite good. He obviously cares about what he does and he does it well.

The coffee and price are great but.... Finally found a coffee roaster in the Wisconsin area that has good prices, great coffee and cares about getting the shipping done the same day as the roasting. Unfortunately the shipper used (Spee-dee) took 6 days to get the coffee to my house. Their tracking program showed the shipment was in my town twice before it arrived at my house. I will have to find a quicker way to get my coffee to my house.

Tanzy Peaberry - The real goods done right The most recent roast of OCBs Tanzania Peaberry produced an amazing result. In the past, I have noticed distinct variations in this noble coffee, not only due to sourcing issues, but most importantly from inattentive roasting; never from OCB.
