Pete fresh roasts 3 days a week and goes out of his way to fit late orders into the roasting schedule (Thanks Pete!); He is passionate about his coffee (check those youtube videos). Product delivery sent me into frenzied labor. The coffee is great. All of the Papua New Guinea coffees have an unusual flavor that I really like. However, every other company that has sent me a 50 lb delivery of green coffee has sent it in sealed 5 or 10 lb plastic bags that I can put on my shelf and store. This 50 lbs arrived in a burlap bag. There are such things as coffee weevils, and because this is nearly a year's supply of coffee for me, I worry about stuff like that. I immediately started filling every big mason jar I had on hand.
