A life changer! Nom Nom has changed life for our dog and for us! Up until we started using Nom Nom, it was an every couple month occurrence of a flare in GI irritation for our bordoodle that landed us in night duty of letting him outside every 2 hours with liquid poops. He was so uncomfortable and we didn’t know what to do. A neighbor recommended Nom Nom as something that worked for their doodle, so we gave it a try. The volume of poops immediately decreased and the consistency of the poops dramatically improved as our sweet dog is now absorbing the food he needs to grow and be healthy. What a relief in more ways than one!! Thank you for this amazing food option for dogs!

I like the individual packed meals and… I like the individual packed meals and the fact I can get four recipes shipped at a time and not just three. Nom Nom has been incredible Nom Nom has been incredible. My best friend loves it. I had a small issue once and they fixed that issue immediately. The customer service is great and the product is making my kid the best version of himself with a healthier coat and diet. I've noticed significant positive changes in him and hope this company continues to prosper.

My dog's loved the first delivery My dog's loved the first delivery, but hold off. The second delivery my 15 year old retriever refused to eat. The 4 year old the next day refused. Our 10 year old that will eat anything had to finish and we went back to freshpet. Pricing for NOM NOM is much more expensive and portions are misleading. I am sure it is a great product for those switching from kibble to fresh. Did not get the results I was hoping for. UPDATE they clearly are using AI for responses when their replies do not address the issues and are repeated throughout reviews.

Horrible experience all around Customer service is horrible. They don't actually read what you tell then and then they respond with a generic response. They bother you with emails even after you cancel with them. The pork smells awful and my dog didn't like the food, tried pork and chicken with her. Plus the packaging is horrible, hard to get the food out and the spot you are supposed to be able to pull to open it doesn't work on any of them.
