GBDissatisfaction. Shipping took a really long time. When I went to the website to cancel, I couldn't log in. Clicked on the chat icon, no one answered. No message saying it was offline. Nor have I heard back via email. Update: It's been 3 days. Cold Brew Club requested verification of my account but hasn't bothered to contact me nor to confirm my subscription has been cancelled as I requested. "Previous response"? What previous response? I didn't receive any response. No email, nada. Anyway. Thank you for cancelling. You may want to re-think your customer lack-of-service model.

GBPoor customer service. There is nothing worse than a company that does not prioritize customer service. No phone number to call, and they never answer emails. On top of that, you have to beg a bot to connect you to a human on their website if you do choose to live chat. I’ve been waiting a week for a refund that was never supposed to be charged, and have sent countless emails, with not one response. UPDATE: Customer service team only responded to my multiple requests for updates on my refund when they saw my public review of their lackluster customer service (see the rep’s snide response to the review below acknowledging they saw my requests over the course of days and didn’t respond until I got testy). This isn’t a company you want to work with for personalized service. Also, when the refund finally came, they returned less than half of what I was owed and my bank had to intervene, as they continued to ignore and not correspond. They also attempted to flag this review when it in no way violates any guidelines. They clearly try to remove reviews that make them look bad, even if they’re 100% true.

GBLove it Love it! If you try this coffee and don’t immediately love it, try tweaking the dilution a bit. The recommendation is a 2:1 dilution and while I don’t think you should stray too far away from that, it’s worth the reminder that it doesn’t account for personal preferences. Play with it a bit if necessary until you find what works for you. That’s the best part about this coffee. You have the flexibility to make your perfect cup of brew!! Awesome product!! In the future I do hope they are able to offer smaller portions, mainly for refrigerator space as I’m not sure I’ll be able to get through this before the next batch arrives. But that’s just a small observation and far from a complaint. I highly recommend!!!

CAGreat tasting and SO environmentally conscious! Great tasting cold brew that totally exceeded my expectations! Every month was so tasty! There was also something very satisfying about making my own cold brew at home vs buying Starbucks (and lighting a $5bill/the environment on fire) every time. The concentrate to water ratio didn't take long to get the hang of and I enjoyed experimenting with my own fun twists on weekends. I also LOVED how environmentally friendly the packaging was... biodegradable foam and ice packs? So cool! Not to mention I was able to repurpose the ice packs all summer long keeping our cooler cold.

GBNasty I am a daily cold brew drinker and decided to try this subscription service to save money and extra trips to the store. I regret it. The box is a huge pain, it’s hard to get the cold brew out and then when I put it back in the fridge the spout leaked everywhere. But most importantly this is the most disgusting coffee product I have ever tasted. It tastes like I’m drinking rancid coffee from an ash tray. Seriously. A strong aftertaste of cigarette ash.
