GBPoor quality workmanship Poor quality workmanship. No enclosed shipping documents as reference to where this shipment is from. I took picture before opening the package because is stated that they should make sure that documents were in the pouch, which it wasn't. The lining of the dress were tucked in an attempt to correct the the hanging, but it still shows unsightly hanging. Lace/crochet bodice is ripped along the zipper. Bodice is crocked and I could go on and on about this dress. The only two things that are right on this dress is the size and the color. In addition my credit card was charged twice for the same order, but only one was shipped. The returned process is horrific. I'm still dealing with this horrific refund process process.

GBDress return issues no response I ordered a dress and it came in. It’s beautiful, but it was not cut right for the top and requested a return. They offered a gift card and 30% off or I could return it and I would just lose 20% of the price. I told him I want to return it, and they never email me back several emails later and still waiting They make beautiful dresses, but they need to live up to their returns.

GBthis glamlora.com is horrible this glamlora.com is horrible. Do not order anything from them. No phone, no email responses. No nothing and my wedding is coming. Its been late for 2 weeks. So bad customer service. At least they could email me back after several emails i sent so i know what to do next. WHat kind of work ethic is this? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE REGRET.

GBUnreliable company I ordered a dress on 27th Feb 2024 which hadn’t arrived by the 2nd April, the date they said to expect it by. After eventually finding a way to email they told me to be patient. My dress did arrive but the postage showed it hadn’t been dispatched until 4th April, after I’d been in touch. The dress doesn’t fit even although I went by the website measurements. I think the Asian sizes & European sizes are far different. Also the quality wasn’t that good. After numerous emails back & forward I now find out I won’t receive a full refund. I can keep the item & a 15%refund or a 30% gift receipt. Also if I have sizing issues can I please send photographs of my bust/waist &hips, absolutely not !!!!!! Who is going to be looking at them or even worse. Please don’t send photographs of yourself in your underwear. It seems quite a challenge to find a way to actually get refund details. This company state they are a UK company but don’t be fooled, they are a Chinese company & quite frankly a rip off. Returns are meant to be within 14 days but how can you do that when you cannot get the details you need to do so. Some people may be lucky & I’m happy for you. Please don’t waste either your time or money on this company.

GBMultiple emails from the company… Multiple emails from the company questioning my order. I told them to cancel the order over and over. They finally agreed to cancel it and told me they would charge me 10% and refund me the other 90%. I was never shipped anything. As I consider their proposed charge of 10% wrong, I contacted my credit card company and disputed their charge. I don't trust this company!
