I love Chop Box I love Chop Box. Will not purchase my meats anywhere else After ordering from them many times in the past two or so years, I’ve only had one negative experience. After contacting customer service, my issue was resolved immediately. If you want quality meats and great service, this is the place to go.

Honestly I have liked chop box for two years however I have noticed some negatives. We recently bought three boneless pork butts and one was almost total fat! We previously bought prime sirloin steaks which were excellent but are no longer available. Finally, the pricing must be considered.

It's all about making things right. It's all about making things right. I placed an order for my nephew's birthday. The initial shipment was marked as 'delivered' by UPS. However, the recipient did not get the box although he was home at time of delivery. Called Chop Box customer service to see what could be done. Without much question, they immediately shipped a duplicate replacement box. This time, the recipient received the box. Not too often do you receive this kind of service--I'm glad Chop Box does!!
