GBHonestly I have liked chop box for two years however I have noticed some negatives. We recently bought three boneless pork butts and one was almost total fat! We previously bought prime sirloin steaks which were excellent but are no longer available. Finally, the pricing must be considered.

GBCustomer service always friendly and… Customer service always friendly and knowledgeable. I miss the fresh meat, but I’m adapting. Excellent seafood Shrimp Scallops Salmon. Like the steaks also. I no be longer get chicken ribs since they come frozen now.

GBIt's all about making things right. It's all about making things right. I placed an order for my nephew's birthday. The initial shipment was marked as 'delivered' by UPS. However, the recipient did not get the box although he was home at time of delivery. Called Chop Box customer service to see what could be done. Without much question, they immediately shipped a duplicate replacement box. This time, the recipient received the box. Not too often do you receive this kind of service--I'm glad Chop Box does!!
