Birthday Meal for Dad The product provided by Chop Box, veal shanks, were excellent. Well butchered with minimal fat. Your product made my 91 year old father extremely satisfied. The only advice I can give is stay focused on your product and committed to your customers and you'll continue to receive accolades.

It's all about making things right. It's all about making things right. I placed an order for my nephew's birthday. The initial shipment was marked as 'delivered' by UPS. However, the recipient did not get the box although he was home at time of delivery. Called Chop Box customer service to see what could be done. Without much question, they immediately shipped a duplicate replacement box. This time, the recipient received the box. Not too often do you receive this kind of service--I'm glad Chop Box does!!

The employees that work for Chopbox have been highly professional and great to deal with. I buy all of my meat and seafood from Chopbox and no longer buy any from my local supermarkets.
