After placing my order for Bacon steaks, I noticed later in the afternoon that I had an email from Burger's requesting that I call them about the credit card that I had used. I called and the phone was answered after the first ring by a real person! No connecting to a phone tree to pick a number for a department etc. The woman quickly explained the problem, we resolved it and that was it. So nice to talk to a "real person" plus one who knew what they were doing and needed from me.

GBPies First time I have received the pies that were damaged except one. I hope that packing the pies will be better packed next time and not packed having them put inside box side ways, upside down and no packing between pies and the pies should not be packed in side ways and etc
