After placing my order for Bacon steaks, I noticed later in the afternoon that I had an email from Burger's requesting that I call them about the credit card that I had used. I called and the phone was answered after the first ring by a real person! No connecting to a phone tree to pick a number for a department etc. The woman quickly explained the problem, we resolved it and that was it. So nice to talk to a "real person" plus one who knew what they were doing and needed from me.

I order my attic aged ham since several… I order my attic aged ham since several years from Burger's Smokehouse. They always deliver without delay. Living in California with very high temperatures in summer - They contacted me last year and recommended to have the ham delivered to UPS store, to avoid having it exposed to the heat on the truck during the day.
